Customs
There are customs facilities on site for import or export. The local customs office is at Oslo where a number of customs clearance agents are available. Further information is available on request.

Exports from Denmark
Trailers without an advance booking being provided by the freight payer will not be allowed to enter the terminal area. Trailers must be pre-booked (trailer number and port of destination) prior to arrival at the terminal. These procedures are designed to improve port security and ensure that trailers awaiting shipment can be quickly identified and correctly loaded for final destination.

Import to Denmark
In order to satisfy security arrangements at the terminal, the collecting driver must report to the freight office before connecting to the trailer, where release notes are proved.

Export from Norway

These procedures are designed to improve port security and ensure that trailers awaiting shipment can be quickly identified and correctly loaded for final destination.

Import to Norway
In order to satisfy security arrangements at the terminal, the collecting driver must report to the freight office before connecting to the trailer, where release notes are proved. Our trailer area is fenced in an video monitored. Trailers can be collected all days between 08.00 hrs to 19.00 hrs on days with departure. On day with no departure trailers can be collected between 08.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs. All other goods can be collected Monday to Friday between 08.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs. or same day as arrival at 18.30 hrs.
