In the Europoort, only units which have been previously booked will be allowed on the terminal. (Closed Port operation)

It is not allowed to hook up trailers of booked self drives within the terminal.

Re-stowage is only allowed in extraordinary circumstances after discussion with the Port Operations Manager Europoort.

All unaccompanied units will be parked on the terminal after discharge. Stena Line accepts liability for possible damages up to 7 days (arrival date not included, but Saturdays and Sundays are included) after discharge.
The first 7 days are included in the price, after which the following charges will apply:
8 - 15 days        € 11,50 / £ 10 per day
16 - 20 day        € 16,50 / 14.35 per day
21 - 25 day        € 21,50 / £ 18.75 per day
+ 25 day            € 26,50 / £ 23 per day

Delivery of unaccompanied vehicles is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the booked departure.

Self drives may report up to 12 hours prior to the booked departure but are not allowed to unhook their units.

Unaccompanied units with dangerous substances must be collected within 12 hours after discharge.

We would like to call your attention to the fact that we can store a maximum of 32 empty containers per container customer.
