After shipment and arrival in Hoek van Holland any unaccompanied unit will be parked for a maximum of 7 days free of charge.
The first 7 days (excluding the day of arrival) are included in the price, after which the following charges will apply:
8 - 15 days        € 11,50 / £ 10 per day
16 - 20 days      € 16,50 / £ 14.35 per day
21 - 25 days      € 21,50 / £ 18.75 per day
+ 25 days          € 26,50 / £ 23 per day

Delivery of unaccompanied vehicles is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the booked departure.

Self drives may report up to 12 hours prior to the booked departure but are not allowed to unhook their units.

Unaccompanied units with dangerous substances must be collected within 12 hours after discharge.

Storage of unaccompanied or self drive units is not possible in Hoek van Holland.
