Bookings procedure and policy
An advance booking is recommended to secure space (preferably supported by fax to avoid confusion). Stena Line does not carry forward bookings to the following day unless specifically instructed to do so. In such instances, all requests are dependent on space availability.

For regular weekly flows of business, we may be able to consider allocation of prebooked space which would need confirmation no later than 11:00 h on the day of intended departure.

Bookings for export cars must be made in writing on Stena Line´s reservation form and be sent by fax to the Stena Line Terminal.

Lift On / Lift Off Traffic
Stena Line only operate a "Roll on / Roll off" service for unaccompanied trailers and driver accompanied traffic. We do not provide "LO / LO" facilities for unaccompanied containers.
