Customs
No H.M. Customs facilities available at the quay for import or export requirements. All non-community status goods should be indicated on the booking request. A number of customs clearance agents are available locally serving the Humberside area. For more information one can contact the Freight Administration at the Humber Sea Terminal.

Delivery and release of trailers
Trailers without an advanced booking being provided by the freight payer will not be allowed to enter the terminal (Humber Sea Terminal)

In order to satisfy security arrangements at the terminal, the collecting driver must provide the unique Inventory (Consignment) Number relating to the trailer intended for collection.
