Bookings procedure and policy
An advance booking is recommended to secure space (supported in writing for confirmation purposes). Stena Line does not carry forward bookings to the following day unless specifically instructed to do so. In such instances, all requests are dependent on space availability.

For quick and easy booking direct via the Internet please see details of our options detailed under ‘Customer Services’ on the main menu on the left hand side above.

For regular weekly flows of business, we would be delighted to investigate the possibility to arrange allocation of pre-booked space.

Units requiring temperature control during the voyage
Any vehicle requiring temperature control during the voyage - must be pre-advised with the required temperature (in Degrees Celsius) indicated on booking instructions.

Unaccompanied procedures
We do NOT carry unaccompanied vehicles on our High Speed Service.

Livestock/Bloodstock
Bloodstock is permitted but is subject to guidelines governing the legal transport and welfare of animals we can accept. Further information is available upon request.

Stena Line vessels on this route have no licence to carry livestock, in any quantity, so all shipments requests have to be declined.

Trade Vehicles
